The team of the 2D space exploration game known as Fortitude is comprised solely of two individuals who over the last 4-5 months have built this coldly realistic space sim where you as the player must explore this unknown system and uncover it's mysteries.
My roles in the development of Fortitude were Lead Programmer and Sound Designer, the former of which essentially involved all of the code-based development of the game within the Unity Engine, including designing mechanics, narrative structure and implementing Josh's visual assets. The latter revolved around creating atmosphere within gameplay by creating and discovering various sounds and implementing them throughout the game's structure.

My job during Fortitudes development was the creation of any and all assets within the game, ranging from planets and their orbiting moons to any explorable surfaces and present features. During the development of Fortitude my primary focus was 2D vector illustrations with further more detailed brushes being added in Photoshop.
